Nutritional Therapist – passionate about the power of food and the influence, positive or negative, it has on our health. I am the founder of a health blog full of delicious recipes & nutrition articles made simple. 

My mission is to educate & inspire people to achieve & sustain their personal health goals.

When you understand exactly how your body works & what it needs to thrive, you can quickly shift the production of what you're physically & mentally able to do each day.

WEEK 1
Week 1 focusses on our 'Mindset'

In the majority of cases, we know what we *should* be eating, it's our mindset that sabotages our success, so the videos in Week 1 will help to give you clarity, purpose & drive versus motivation, which is short-lasting.

You'll begin working out 4 minutes a day from the comfort of your own home. 

You'll start off your mornings with some incredibly simple but nourishing rituals and you'll begin to find your feet.




WEEK 2
Week 2 focusses on 'What To Eat'.

You will gain an understanding of which foods to include, how much, when to eat them etc based on  your goals. This week will leave you feeling empowered & confident when it comes to making great food choices.

Your workouts will step up to 8 minutes a day and you'll get a little more experimental on the recipe front, trying out recipes you didn't try in Week 1 or continuing the recipes you loved the most from the first week.





WEEK 3
One of my favourite weeks of the Challenge, this week is about 'How We Eat'. 

It explores emotional eating, eating out, digestion, cravings, effective breathing exercises & so much more, & it gives you practical suggestions so that you can implement the ideas right away.

You'll continue to build on the habits you've established in Weeks 1 & 2. The exercise steps up a gear to 12 minutes a day, and what appeared difficult in Week 1, will now appear surprisingly easy! 

You'll continue to connect to the support group for daily inspiration & you'll be 3 weeks into achieving your health goals!

WEEK 4
The final week focusses on 'Onward Success'.

What does life look like beyond the 28 Day Challenge?

You'll learn a maintenance programme to carry your health habits forward beyond this plan so that you can maintain & further improve on the results you've achieved thus far. 
 
The exercise stays at 12 minutes per day; as they become easier, you'll increase the number of repetitions & difficulty level so you still challenge yourself. 
 
This programme is a lifestyle shift, the first 28 Days was the kick-start to this shift.

Q: Right now is a busy time for me, I’m worried I won’t have time! Do I need to follow week by week or can I go at my own pace?
A: This whole course is entirely go-at-your-own-pace! Why? Because I want you to take your time, to implement as you learn, to listen and re-listen as many times as you need! You can take 28 days or 28 months! Everyone’s journey will look a little different and that’s the beauty of it.
Q: How long will I have access to the content? Will the course expire? 
A: This course is a lifetime course! So what does that mean for you? Well, it means you’re in luck! I want you to always have this content, so it’s yours forever & you will never have to pay the joining fee again.

A: Here’s the good news, the programme set out in the 28 Day Challenge is specifically geared for results. Contrary to popular belief; whether you wan't to lose weight, tone up, build lean muscle, trim down, or just live a healthy lifestyle, the underlying principles that get you there are one in the same. Staying consistent on the programme, no matter what your starting point will get exactly the results you're looking for. 
Q: I'm gluten free, will this work for me?
All of the recipes are gluten free.
Q: Does the programme cater for different dietary preferences?
Vegetarian - This programme is vegetarian friendly. You’ll need to swap out some of the ingredients for veggie friendly ones, but we have lots of vegetarians who have successfully completed this challenge. 

Vegan - A lot of the recipes contain eggs, fish or meat so you’ll need to swap in vegan friendly ingredients in place of the vegan not so friendly ingredients. Gluten-free: 100% of the meals and recipes are gluten free so this programme is ideal for people sensitive or intolerant to gluten.

Paleo - All the meals are paleo friendly so you will fit in very well on this programme if you follow a paleo way of eating.
Q: I’ve bought other health/ fitness courses before and have been disappointed. I’m worried this is “just another weight loss course.” How is yours different? 
A: Here is what My 28 Day Challenge isn’t: it isn’t a miracle cure - you will get out what you put in. Keep in mind also that this is not a DIET; it's a lifestyle & this programme gives you the tools so you feel empowered in your health/fitness strategy. 

I am an invested health professional who is set on making sure you are a success (because when you are a success, so am I!) 

This course is about enabling you to get lasting RESULTS.
Q: My time is limited, how much time will I need to set aside each week to make the recipes, do the workouts & watch the videos? 
A: Since this is a go-at-your-own-pace course, it will differ for everyone. 

The plan has been deliberately made simple & easy to follow & I love that you can pause during your busy weeks, take the videos on the go, and revisit a lesson when you’re feeling stuck. 

The recipes are quick, the exercise is quick yet effective so you'll find you gain time elsewhere in your day from your increased productivity. I meet people every day in my online clinic who have the exact time struggles as you due to life being busy, which is why I’ve wrapped up this challenge the way I have. 
Q: Will I miss out on anything if I buy now and have to start the course later? The timing just isn’t right for me right now. 
A: Absolutely not! There is a reason why I chose to do a lifetime, go-at-your-own-pace course, why? Because life is busy, chasing dreams is busy, and running a business is busy! I want you to jump into the content when your life allows and when you’re really invested in the process and ready to rock! This course isn’t for people who want a quick fix, it’s for people who are ready to do the work. Only you can determine when the time is right to make big things happen! 
Q: I’m new to exercise and don’t know if I will like the exercise?
A: Whether you’re new to exercise or a pro, there are variations from beginners, intermediate and advanced so there’s something for everyone. The exercise starts off at 4 minutes each day in week one and then goes up by 4 minutes each week so by week 4 you are doing 16 minute each day. You don’t need any gym equipment and you can do the workouts in your own home. The idea is to get the body moving daily to increase your metabolism without having to take a big chunk out of your day to devote to getting to the gym.
Q: I don’t know if I'm ready to begin just yet, why should I join now? How will this help me? 
A: This is the time. Here’s what I think: you can hang on another week, month or year, but when that time comes, you’re going to wish you had started today. Sure, your results might take time & you might not jump in & do everything perfectly, but time will pass anyway. Trust me, your future self will thank you for taking a leap today!  
Q: Will I be hungry? 
This is not a starvation programme. The recipes are FULL of complete protein, amazing fats and fibre and these three elements help to keep you perfectly full without overeating or consuming empty calories which don’t bring any benefits to your body.
Q: Will I like the recipes? I'm also not a very good cook - will I be able to make them?!
No matter what your goal is, I believe food should be packed full of flavour and deliver enjoyment. This plan is no different. The recipes are quick, delicious and simple to prepare, no matter what your skills are in the kitchen. 
Q: I'm worried about food/alcohol deprivation - should I be?
A: The programme focusses on what you CAN have more than what you CAN'T have. In order to gain maximum benefits there will be foods you’ll be encouraged to eliminate but you’ll always be explained why. The benefits of feeling amazing, far outweigh cutting a few habits and foods from your diet.
